ROLE OVERVIEW: Recruit, build and lead a team of
Field Loan Officers (FLOs) district-wise and drive performance to
achieve business targets in your territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit and build district-wise FLO team
- Train, guide and motivate the team
- Ensure achievement of monthly business targets
- Market development & relationship management
- Daily/weekly reporting & MIS
- Ensure compliance & quality
REQUIREMENTS
-
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Microfinance / NBFC / Banking
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Excellent communication & market understanding
- Proficient in reporting & target management
- Must have Microfinance experience

area, open CSPs, and disburse loans to achieve
monthly targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open CSP (CAP)
- Loan disbursement
- Daily disbursement logins
- Maintain daily reporting
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Microfinance / NBFC / Banking
- Good communication & field skills
- Self-motivated & target oriented
- Willing to travel within the district
- Must have Microfinance experience
